EAST DECK JACKET

So we get a lot of vintage leather pants. They are totally unflattering. We cut the legs off and make them into shorts, then have to figure out various ways to utilize the leather (we don’t waste around here). For our collaboration with Spring and Clifton, we used the surplus to replaces the arms and pockets on vintage bajas to create quite possibly one of the most awesome jackets of all time.

Spring & Clifton x Reformation collection is the perfect mix of Michelle Zack's aesthetic and Yael Aflalo's sophistication for reworked vintage. Michelle has been creating new silhouettes and unexpected twists on knitwear since 2004. Some eight years later, she continues to blow our mind with new ideas, and we had to have a piece of her. 

All items are made from reclaimed or deadstock fabrics, and modified or customized for how we like to wear them. References include surf and skate culture, music, art, and downtown NYC meets SoCal. Each piece has a slightly punky, DIY look, but has high-end quality and easy wearability.
