SHIPPING FAQ:


  • What is your charge for shipping?
    A: We want you to feel great about your purchase and don't think that a shipping charge would be part of that experience! On orders over $50, shipping is free! You buy the clothes, we take care of getting it to you!
  • What if I need my item to arrive sooner?
    A: We totally understand! Just choose our other shipping options at checkout and we will calculate the charges for you, so everything is clear before you pay!
  • How much is international shipping?
    A: The actual shipping charge depends on where you reside, but we will charge you exactly what UPS charges us... nothing more!
  • Something arrived damaged, what do I do?
    A: Oh no! We are sorry that the item was damaged in transit. Please call our concierge at 855-535-1555, or send us an email (alex@reformation.com) and we will have a replacement sent to you right away!
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ:


  • Can I return my online purchases at one of your retail locations?
    A: At this time, we are only set up to accept online returns to our shipping department. We try to make it as simple as possible for you, so kindly use the prepaid shipping label and we will be happy to refund your money!
  • How do I return an internationally shipped order?
    A: US Customs laws prevent us from providing shipping labels for overseas returns, but if you ship your return items to our shipping department, we will absolutely do the best we can to help cover the shipping costs.
  • How long does it take a return or exchange to process?
    A: Currently, returns and exchanges take 2 -- 3 weeks to process. We are sorry that this process is a bit slow, but we can ensure you that we are working to get your money refunded to you as quickly as possible!
  • Can I return items that are on sale?
    A: Items that are listed on sale on the website are final sale!
  • What is your price adjustment policy online?
    A: We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased online within seven days of the item being placed on sale. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size and color remains in stock at time of request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the cardholders in the original form of payment within ten business days. We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
