Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist, Los Angeles The Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing customer service and order fulfillment for Reformation's growing online business. We are looking for a smart, hard-working team member who strives to continuously improve the online experience for our customers and focuses on getting orders to our customers with lightning-fast speed. This is a chance to learn the fundamentals of an e-commerce business and make an impact to the bottom line of a startup. Responsibilities Address all customer service inquiries Receives and replenishes inventory and handles inventory management Ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This includes packing, shipping and tracking orders as well as processing returns Proactively identifies areas of improvement and makes recommendations on how to solve these challenges Performs other duties and projects, as needed Qualifications Self-motivated and enthusiastic Strong organizational skills and an obsession with efficiency Extreme attention to detail and maintaining accuracy Ability to prioritize when juggling multiple projects Superlative communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Job Title: Store Manager, Los Angeles We are currently seeking a full-time store manager at our West Hollywood location. Great style and positive attitude are a must!!!! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the store and its employees to ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded. -Identify ways to drive sales and ensure action is taken to achieve goals. -Support, model and enhance the customer service focus by creating an environment that is welcoming to customers and coworkers; be cooperative, well informed and fast. -Ensure store presentation and operating standards meet or exceed expectations. -Ensure maximum selling coverage during peak traffic periods. -Train, develop and supervise staff. -Monitor performance and development of staff. -Ensure proper scheduling of staff. -Be available to open and close store in an effective manner. -Calculate employee hours for bi-weekly payroll. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Strong experience in store management and sales. - Will have worked several years as a STORE MANAGER in Los Angeles, has a client book; has managed a team. - Results driven; candidates should be able to show achievements (sales increase). - Extremely organized, team leader, devoted and hard worker. - Excellent communications skills (oral and written). - Excellent computer skills. - Experience with merchandising and store displays. - Strong personal style a plus!
